Mirvac LIV is a revolutionary way to rent, putting the power back in the hands of renters, more flexible, more connected and more. I was lucky enough to be involved in a number of projects surrounding the LIV development.
A fully animated explainer that helped to simplify the unique benefits of LIV platform and its entirely new way of living in a creative way without relying on the stereotypical real estate cliches. The animated assets that were created throughout this animation process were then appropriated across the LIV website and social platforms.
We also created a number of shorter snappier pieces for socials that focused on more granular benefits of the LIV way of renting.
